A video came across by Zenithnaja, shows how a Nigerian soldier's rifle almost cost him his life, during a fierce gun battle with Boko Haram sect.

The brave soldier in the middle of the gun fire, lost control of his rifle as a result of a jam.

He made several attempts to restore it back to normalcy but still failed, hence took cover from reprisal shots.

Some believe the rifle jam was as result of expended bullet that couldn't exit the chamber, while others feel the Nigerian soldiers are equipped with obsolete weapons.

Israeli Tarvo can't cover the kind of distance that a soldiers Ak47 will cover. The Aks target precision is also better just that the heat it generate is too much.

You can't even shoot with a Tarvo long enough before it jams.

that weapon is not obsolete....

that is a long range sniper maschine gun....am not a weapons specialist....but that gun dont look obsolete....

that is not a AK-47....

maybe a variant but surely not a usual AK-47....

Not surprised... Nigeria is wonderful country... If Senior military officials can divert money for weapons... What do expect of the the weapons they use... Thank God say dem buy bullet... Hahahaha

Any rifle can easily jam, AK is even a better rifle cos it doesn't easily jam..

baba any gun can jam. With the rate at which bullet leave that soldiers gun, it can jam.. Guns jam alot. Even the ones mounted on tanks and even planes jam. Nothing new.. A machine especially jams alot because of the fast expension of bullets.
