South african cities should be from number 1 to number 10. That country is very neat. There is no way you can compare kigali or gaborone or nairobi or tanzania to south african cities like pretoria, durban, bloemfontein, port elizabeth, east london, kimberley and a host of other cities. And i am sure there are a lot of very clean cities in western cape.
