sometimes I wonder if it's a curse that blacks aren't just progressive in all areas compare to the white. It's not as if we don't have intelligent and smart dudes yet we aren't just organised at all. Check out the few developed countries here in africa, egypt, tunisia, morocco, algeria and even south africa they aren't even so rich per say but they seem to be more organized than other black african countries.

I still think there should be only 9 or 10 cities instead of 100 cities/towns spreading resources thin. Nigeria only makes around 50 billion each year ,and there's only so much that can be done with that.
We have to come to an agreement ;I know Owerri ,Enugu,Aba,etc would like to have the tallest skyscrapers and largest airports ,but unfortunately these towns are just too small. much better to unite .
No need to have 36 states. Like I said ,5 states and a capital are enough. The 9 cities are as follows : Calabar,Onitsha,Kano,Lagos,Kaduna,Portharcourt,Maiduguri,Abuja

Now I saw a thread about Ebonyi ,anambra,owerri building airports ;complete waste of funds . it's much wiser to concentrate and build one world class international airport .whether or not the airport is built in present day Enugu landmass,it should be called Onitsha international airport.

No need to build 2 airports and seaports in cross river and akwa ibom . funds should be channeled to build a world class seaport at Oron which will be called Calabar seaport , the airport at Akwa ibom should be called Calabar airport .


I observe that one of the reason my suggestion may be opposed is because Nigeria is a very clannish society. and that may be the downfall of the black man. Nigerian should understand that it doesn't matter where the president is from, what matters is to do the right things for iproved quality of life for all . Also,tribalism is total pointless. no tribe is superior . All tribal culture have positives as well as negatives.
We must leave the old ways behind and progress forward into the future. high speedtrains ,malls ,constant electricity and organized housing developments are neither Igbo nor Yoruba culture.

Many Nigerian developers (building owners) are not helping matter too. They just slap cement blocks on concretes and end up with boring ugly houses.

When building houses and structures, it will not hurt to spend a little putting together a creative design and finishing that improve the landmark.

God bless you, you know just how to tackle the foundation of a problem. The thing is even more rampant in sw where everyone just want to become a landlord. Just put few blocks together and attach some dirty looking zinc and that's all. They won't even patch the wall. Smh.

If only i can become president of oodua someday, i will make law that regulate buildings and use of zincs.
