Ladymarshall, just came out of my loooooong silent mode to say you beat me to it! Had my poem written since MAY. January 18 AOR.

If they told me that with all my education and faith that this would be a hard wait, I'd have said it's a lie. Me that took a whole year+ to apply.

Now I walk around my house having conversions with invisible VOs. huh

ladymarshall:
O CIC, why hast thou forsaken me?
In uncertainty I wait
To know my fate
Restless as a bee
Helpless as the troubled sea

All day long, I wonder,
Does trouble loom?
Is my file doomed?
All night long, I ponder,
In silent nights, I lay confused
in scented lights, my brain contuse
I feel consumed, my thoughts subsumed
in letters 'Ty' 'Ty' Ty'
Eligibility
Security
Criminality
I've done no wrong
Yet feel so pronged
Haunted by the letter 'R'
Confronted by the letters 'RR'
....

I wonder what basis you use for your speculation. The minimum crs may instead jump up by 1 or 2 points (i.e. 460/461) tomorrow; are you aware that almost 2k LOI were issued by Ontario last week?
Anyways, let's keep our fingers crossed.
LOIs don't automatically translate to final selections so it may not necessarily automatically shoot the points up as they will all have to apply to the nominating provinces submitting supporting documents and also pay 1500$ in the case of Ontario and then wait to get selected for their 600 points to take effect. The lack of draw yesterday wiill be is a bigger factor for points increase.

I had similar experience when they said they received my documents but not properly sealed. I escalated it on Twitter and they rectified it within a short period.
This is why I love this thread, if this works for him as you have advised, people who had documentation issues like this when they indeed sent their document(s) through the right channel can always follow suite and may also likely get similar result. @shoeshineguy please let us know if this suggestion works for you so that this can be conveniently moved to first page by our indefatigable Excos. Thank you emmatrack.

Wow no draw yesterday !! CIC should not pull May stunt again o . And I hope they are not intentionally trying to keep the score high, anyway let’s see what happens between now and next Wednesday.

Hello beautiful people,

I have a quick question. I have been denied uk visit visa before which I have declared in my application. Is it okay to attach a copy of the refusal letter under Client information placeholder? Is there anyone who has done this before?

Pleas help with your answers
I personally don't think its necessary to attach a copy of the refusal letter as long as you have declared it in your application.

However, you should complete the Schedule A IMM5669E form as they are likely to send you an ADR requesting it since you must have answered 'Yes' to at least one of the Statutory Questions.

O CIC
How I long for speedy diligence
To fight this impatience
Caused by your negligence
Give me my residency
My soul needs the permanency
To restore my sanity
The wait feels like eternity

I freeze...my breath cease...my spirit uneasy...queasy

And in the hollows of my inanity
My mother blessed with superhumanity
Spoke the words of the divinity
Laced with spirituality
Alas! I feel serenity, tranquility
Her words like a psalm, soothes like a balm
I'm calm, no qualm
As hope rays, it will end in praise.

Which bank has the cheapest cad/naira rate for online fees payment. I hear gtbank should be avoided cos their rates are quite steep even on abokifx. I’m considering zenith or first bank.

Kindly advise
I used first bank, $305 CAD gave me N85,500

Hi guys....please in order to get WAEC to send your document to WES, should it be from the state office where you wrote the exam? What I mean is I wrote my WAEC in Ibadan and I'm currently in Lagos. Is it necessary to have WAEC office in Ibadan send it to WES or WAEC office here in Lagos can send it?

Please Help!!!

I already did @majamisile and mentioned @emmatrack as well. Please see 2nd post on page 434. Though WES didn't reply the tweets, the abrupt withdrawal of the earlier updates, few hours after the tweets were posted, is enough confirmation that the recommended Twitter route to lodging a complaint is quite effective.
...Provided one is absolutely sure one has done the right thing as required by them.

hello guys, thank you all for your great contributions. quick question please, is it possible for one to do an upfront medical exam BEFORE ITA arrives, (with a simulated crs of 456, i guess im kinda hopeful it will come) so as to avoid any unwanted delays? i read it was possible on the Canadian website, just need somebody who has done it here in nigeria to corroborate this information.
secondly, can PCC be obtained in Abuja or does everyone have to receive one from Alagbon Lagos CID (the canadian website shows lagos as the only possible place to obtain a PCC)?
i thank you all in anticipation. and yes i'm a newcomer smiley
For your good, please do not do your medicals before ITA comes, firstly, what if it ITA doesn't come so quick am not wishing ill-luck just been realistic, bearing in mind that Medical results expires after one year that means you will need to re-do another. Just take a day at a time, no rush get ITA and proceed with others. Goodluck

almost everyone has done medicals before ITA. However, there is a downside to it. your time frame gets reduced if ITA doesn't come on time.
really!!! But you need to go with your ITA letter before you can do medicals na, at least i know Q life asked me before they booked my appointment, so i dnt know how @adigun183 will do medicals without ITA

Hello Nairalanders,

Pls I would really appreciate a response.

I created a profile on WES and opted for the courier delivery option of 85cad only to realise it is nt mandatory to have a hardcopy. Is it ok if I create a new wes profile since i have not made payment yet and correct my mistake or do I continue to wait for wes to change my option to standard delivery of 7cad.
My dear, i made same mistake but WES never gave an opp to change it, i guess once you submit it is gone. You better create a new profile now
