It is advisable to take Lemon becos of its health benefit. Most food we consume are acidic n causes sickness but Lemon in warm water makes d body system more Alkaline which makes you feel more healthy. Based on dis I take lemon, but I notice dat anyday I take it my wetness no d get part 2. Even hubby say he go buy full basket of Lemon make I de drink everyday. Dependin on d size, ts N100 or N200. I ovulated on Wednesday and took the progesterone injection Saturday. I didn't take it again until after two weeks when I confirmed the pregnancy which was last week Friday. I haven't taken it since then, but I hear it's a periodic thing.

Hav you done your test on infection n used d medication prescribed by ur doctor? Pls dnt take tins cos anybdy mentioned it. 2) take tins in moderation dependin on ur body type. If anytin affects ur body negatively you stop takin it. I notice dat combo clears infection but it affects people who hav Ulcer. Ginger n Tumeric are of d same family too much of it causes hotness of stomach n d heart/chest. U can use dem in ur cookin. I cut 1 clove of garlic n small ginger into hot water, add honey n drink at 4am 4 morn or 10pm nite b4 goin to bed. For d waist pain, I dnt know wat to do cos den it wil start b4 my menses to ovulation n den d next menses. I just prayd n 4 3months now I dnt feel it anymore. E be lik say wen person worry too much abt pregnancy too many symptoms go d pursue you. Ts well, God will see us tru.

Yes I did test dey sed I have medium growth of staph whch dey placed me nd hubby on injections nd drugs, still no show. So na herbs we switch to. But am still expericibg d waist pain. Since my ovulation in june to my next period in july up till now I have been exepprincing waist pain. Thank you all. I did a lab test yesterday twas positive.. still scared a bit but I am leaving it in God’s hand .

2. before this cycle I had a big cysts on my right ovary. but it disappeared by itself when I started pregnantcare. Also I treated staph before this cycle.
3. I started taking pregantcare conception like 2 months ago, then I took plantain recipe a day after my period( pls note, I used plantain instead of banana cos that’s what I had at home at that particular time, the taste was horrible. I only took two table spoon and threw the rest away ���) but I bd that night after the plantain recipe with hubby .
4. Drank At least 5 sachet of pure water in a day to help with my cm. Since 80 percent of cm is water.
5. I totally ditched all sort of body toning or glowing cream /soaps whatsoever .
6. We started bedding from cd 8. Didn’t use OPK, Got tired and frustrated of using them. We bd everyday till cd26.�. I used preseed on cd 13 and cd14 . I stopped using it cause twas delaying ejaculation .
7. My ewcm came out with a streaked of blood, av never experienced that before . Only this circle .
8. I have retrovated uterus, soo we mostly finish off using the rear end style , Then sometimes me on top. Then I laid down for about 30 minutes with my leg on the wall. Then headstands for like 2 minute ��.
9. My cycle is 28 days , I noticed i ovulated around cd 11 instead of 14. I guess I have been missing the egg . I took a slice of pineapple each day on empty stomach to help with implantation for 5 days after ovulation . ( note: don’t take it past 5dpo as it can cause miscarriage ) If you can get bromeline tablet, or Brazil nuts, it’s the same thing. Throughout the 2ww, I wore socks to keep my womb warm. I am still wearing it tho.
10. Every time I pray, I lay my hands on my uterus and tell God to let my womb fulfill the purpose for which it was created.
11. I had no symptoms whatsoever, no implantation bleeding.

Also the cycle before this, I took warm water on empty stomach every morning throughout the cycle . Tho hubby wasn’t around that cycle but I saw loads of ewcm. I got that from this forum. It helped me a lot. Thanks
How I treated my staph- I used antibiotics did 7 days, changed underwear’s. This the antibiotics gave me yeast infection but my doctor said not to use any drug. Soo I took youghourt and it disappeared.
