Good morning nairalanders, I'm quite new here but I've gone through the whole thread and noticed some people have the same issue as I, no AD yet! I want to cancel and rebook with a later date but thinking of choosing Abuja instead of Lagos, please what do you advice before I do. All replies and assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
would be better you provide other details like when you booked, date you supplied as your start date, category you booked etc. And also, it has been said that if you can’t provide proof of residence in Abuja, you may be bounced so tread with caution. All the best!

The question I will ask you is,
1. Do you stay in Abuja or any Northern parts..
2. Does your AL address carries the Abuja or Northern parts address.. Or better check those States that are qualified to have interview in Abuja.

If both are YES.. Go ahead and book your interview in Abuja.. But mind you, they only process MSC and Scholarships in Abuja Embassy.

How did you know about this verification process, was it from an insider as it is no where on thier site. I'm curious because we can't be spreading info we got on assumption.

FABCOL as advised you...

Why do you think the VOs ask "Have you travelled to any country before" Or "Have you travelled to any European Countries" during interview.

Just because they verify all this stuff.

If you have your enrollment extended then you can cancel and book with the new date. Abuja hardly handle's student visa so I don't see any advantage booking with that

Thanks so much, I appreciate your reply

Let me also use this opportunity to discuss about something terrible I have noticed about Africans and most black people; We are Not serious and We may never get there as a people! Ask me why?

Why do Africans and black people hate each other so much and don't like sharing information? Why do we withhold vital information from each other all in a bid to "Make it alone"?

Am so sorry to say this but Back people to me are too rettarded to be humans. We are nothing but consummerists. A vast majority of us has nothing positive to add to the universe except eat, sleep and die.

Even on this thread, I have seen people who withhold information for reasons best known to them. Its not as if anybody is asking them money. Even those who gained from the thread will disappear after they " Have made it". Its so unfair. Life is not like that.

Please whoever is reading this, lets have a change of heart and redirect our lives to be more meaningful to the universe.

Personally, I know how much I have spent on this venture and will continue to spend. People are not aware that investing in your future and leaving this worthless nation is a business venture that is profitable in 2019! I even had to sell my two cars and become a driver or another man in a bid to achieve my passion.

Ever since I began this admission venture and German movement, there is something I noticed about Germans. They are highly efficient and responsibe! I know how many times I wrote to my admissions director and school coordinator and got a reply within 5 minutes! I decided to google most of them and found out that they are top proffessiors in there fields and yet have time to do there job.

In nigeria here, ordinary university receptionist is as arrogant as an angry frog. Even for them to attend to you when you are physically there is a herculean task not to talk of when you send them mails! If in doubt, google the email address of 20 top universities in Nigeria. Send them a mail enquiring about something. You do be lucky if you get a reply from any of them in 6 months. There websites are crappy, there inbox is full and not read.

Just imagine how much people are investing out of Nigeria just to have a chance at good life. The block account is now 10,236. I have it on good information that more than 50,000 people applied to go to Germany. Imagine the billions of Euros that it amounts to if am not wrong in the calculation! Imagine what that money could have done to a nation that is deemed as the poverty capital and headquaters of the known and unknown universe/Multiverse

We need a total attitudinal and mental overhaul. We need to change our ways. We complain always about bad leadership as if the morrons that have been leading us were thrown down from hell. Were they not chosen from us? Am tired jare.

I pray in my next life the angel shifting people to continents does not make this mistake ever in his life again and divert me to Africa ever again. I know Gods plan for me and it was never in a black nation.

my brother we need change of mindset in this country called Nigeria. I really love your write up. Imagine when I applied for my transcript in my university 2017 I went through hell to get what is my academic achievement with excuses. Let me give this testimony here. I wrote to the coordinator of my program few days ago concerning my incomplete BA and she send me a supporting documents stating I'm through with all my enrolment directed to the embassy. Please if we find ourselves in position to help people with vital information please do. May God grant us our heart desire in Jesus name.

I'm just tired of waiting and really scared I would loose this admission with the way things are going now, that's why I was thinking Abuja ☹️☹️

I don't know how the verification is done but I know if you have a fake stamp on your passport be sure the visa application would be denied even after getting AM. It seem wiser to use a new password for application if u have such on your old passport

Please is it safe if I also book a visa appointment with my conditional acceptance letter, since my enrolment date is already close by (first week of october)? It states I need to pay 500euroes upfront, before being given an unconditional acceptance letter.

Please anyone who have an idea. Kindly help out.

Please you don't have to explain just because of him/her alone, there are a whole lot of others who can benefit from your knowledge. I for example will appreciate your explanation and enlightenment on this. We all keep learning everyday. God bless

Cancel and book with your new enrollment date. But the truth is that those who have gotten AD recently are those who use December as deadline. So find out from your school if they can still extend your enrollment to December or allow you to enrol by proxy. If they refuse, start seeking deferment for summer.

Please guys if a course application deadline says "15th July for next Winter session"

When is the right time to apply or begin application? Is January/February early?

Asking because I am finding it difficult to get summer BSC courses that I am interested in.

No. Just your blocked account is required at the embassy.
Your school fees is between you and your school

I stand to be corrected if they noticed there is tuition, you have to provide proof of your ability to pay it through out your studies. Block account does not cover school fees.
