Exactly. I have a friend on DAAD scholarship and he's required to come back to Nigeria after his studies and must spend at least 2 years in his country before he can apply for German visa again. That really discouraged me. [/quote]

Please elders in the house should comment on this how true is it?

Please guys if a course application deadline says "15th July for next Winter session"

When is the right time to apply or begin application? Is January/February early?

Asking because I am finding it difficult to get summer BSC courses that I am interested in.
Mail the course coordinator and ask when applications start, if it is not written on the school's website

Who doesn't know when summer begins. I am explaining practical to you, you are quoting what's on paper. Ask the people that applied to schools with July 15th as deadline for winter semester to tell you their current situation. What's the use of getting AL when embassy has stopped giving dates.

Bro, I sent you a pm.

At this point, it is risky. Ask for an enrollment extension from your school to December or November ending. Then book with a start date of Dec 16 or so. When you get a date. Then you can pay the money and satisfy other enrollment conditions. Ask your school to send your enrollment certificate. You'll use this to fast track the process at the Embassy. Above all, Pray well.

Please anyone who have an idea. Kindly help out.

I stand to be corrected if they noticed there is tuition, you have to provide proof of your ability to pay it through out your studies. Block account does not cover school fees.

Goodday, please what is the veracity of this claim. My intended program has a tuition fee of 1500€ attached per semester and I’ve no knowledge of such. Please house do i need to tender a statement of account?.
My interview is coming up soon and answers will be appreciated.
I’m going for Msc bioeconomy in Hohenheim, Stuttgart. Many thanks

The question I will ask you is,
1. Do you stay in Abuja or any Northern parts..
2. Does your AL address carries the Abuja or Northern parts address.. Or better check those States that are qualified to have interview in Abuja.

If both are YES.. Go ahead and book your interview in Abuja.. But mind you, they only process MSC and Scholarships in Abuja Embassy.

Please the Abuja appointment booking online or physical submission?
Is it through sending of mail or online form filling and submission

Let me also use this opportunity to discuss about something terrible I have noticed about Africans and most black people; We are Not serious and We may never get there as a people! Ask me why?

Why do Africans and black people hate each other so much and don't like sharing information? Why do we withhold vital information from each other all in a bid to "Make it alone"?

Am so sorry to say this but Black people to me are too rettarded to be humans. We are nothing but consummerists. A vast majority of us has nothing positive to add to the universe except eat, sleep and die.

Even on this thread, I have seen people who withhold information for reasons best known to them. Its not as if anybody is asking them money. Even those who gained from the thread will disappear after they " Have made it". Its so unfair. Life is not like that.

Please whoever is reading this, lets have a change of heart and redirect our lives to be more meaningful to the universe.

Personally, I know how much I have spent on this venture and will continue to spend. People are not aware that investing in your future and leaving this worthless nation is a business venture that is profitable in 2019! I even had to sell my two cars and become a driver for another man in a bid to achieve my passion.

Ever since I began this admission venture and German movement, there is something I noticed about Germans. They are highly efficient and responsibe! I know how many times I wrote to my admissions director and school coordinator and got a reply within 5 minutes! I decided to google most of them and found out that they are top proffessiors in there fields and yet have time to do there job.

In nigeria here, ordinary university receptionist is as arrogant as an angry frog. Even for them to attend to you when you are physically there is a herculean task not to talk of when you send them mails! If in doubt, google the email address of 20 top universities in Nigeria. Send them a mail enquiring about something. You do be lucky if you get a reply from any of them in 6 months. There websites are crappy, there inbox is full and not read.

Just imagine how much people are investing out of Nigeria just to have a chance at good life. The block account is now 10,236. I have it on good information that more than 50,000 people applied to go to Germany. Imagine the billions of Euros that it amounts to if am not wrong in the calculation! Imagine what that money could have done to a nation that is deemed as the poverty capital and headquaters of the known and unknown universe/Multiverse

We need a total attitudinal and mental overhaul. We need to change our ways. We complain always about bad leadership as if the morrons that have been leading us were thrown down from hell. Were they not chosen from us? Am tired jare.

I pray in my next life the angel shifting people to continents does not make this mistake ever in his life again and divert me to Africa ever again. I know Gods plan for me and it was never in a black nation.

People who say stuff like this are usually people who haven't been outside the shores of this country or haven't ever interacted with people outside their locality or country.

If you have, you'd know that non-Africans are not necessarily more altruistic than Africans. It's a question of the individual.

As much as some people have left or are withholding information, a significant number of people are doing the exact opposite, but you're ignoring all that because of your inherent inferiority complex and because you want to be a crybaby.

If I ask how many foreign forums you've been on and engaged in to be able to draw the conclusion that 'white' people share all they know, I'm fairly certain the answer will be zero. And if on those forums, you truly believe the Europeans are sharing all they know, then perhaps your inferiority is not just a complex after all.

Get over yourself and speak solely for yourself next time you want to be a coon.

If you booked category B that means you are going for BSc without a previous Bsc or STK (or you're going for MSc and graduated with 3rd class). Please don't tick Abuja because Abuja only processes MSc, PhD and those on scholarship.
Again we've said it severally if you do not live in Abuja or any of the Northern states captured ie. Your AL doesn't carry such address and you cannot provide proof of residency there, DO NO TICK THE ABUJA BOX. Reasons why:
- You'll get bounced.
- Abuja embassy is way more strict than the Lagos Embassy
Also you may live in Abuja and tick the box but get AD for Lagos. I personally know 2 people who experienced such. Someone also mentioned here that he lives in Calabar and didn't tick the box but still got sent to Abuja. The embassy chooses where you have your interview not necessarily because you ticked the box.

Please don't allow desperation drive you to make silly mistakes.

You don't have to travel anywhere to know that what he said is the truth, even if it is the bitter truth.
He even gave a good example of a receptionist feeling too big when you walk into an office. That is the typical behavior of the average Nigerian. We have all seen it many times : public servants feeling too big to do their job, some of our lecturers wanting to be treated like gods etc.
I was emailing a US prof and we were exchanging emails regularly till I decided to Google his name, the man was a huge name in tech that has even invented a programming language, he has a Wikipedia page, yet so humble and willing to help.
If there is one thing I am sure we can learn from whites, it is humility, not showing off unnecessarily and not feeling too important.
