Yea right! £50000 Job, she probarbly had for 5 years, before quitting can Affford her a big ass mansion in Nigeria and in The UK, can afford her atleast a £300000 mortgage which she will end up paying for into her old age, atleast in her 60s which means she will have another 35 years to pay off her mortgage. The car is probarbly also on finance, which means the car was bought on credit, she would be paying atleast £300 monthly to finance the car. |

She made a downpayment on car and house. This means she's still got to make monthly payments on both. Technically those properties aren't her's yet. A missed car note payment or mortgage could mean having the car repossessed and the house reclaimed by the bank 2 Likes |

jerryunit48: Correct! The developed world can pay upfront on potential. Investors pump heavy funds into startups all the time, as long as their analysis says they have high potential to yield. As far as I'm concerned, the house, office and car are necessities for smooth operations of her business and her investors agree. |

naijapips04 post=81132505: You call £50K minimum wage? Something that takes two years to earn annually as a grad from Oxbridge in a Magic Circle firm? £50K that equals the entry-level at top Japanese companies for graduates from Imperial universities? Prior to Brexit, that's what some top investment bankers earn when they start their careers. Yet you called it 'minimum wage'. Fear God oh! 6 Likes |
