Apart from the ceiling and the walls, there should add desk and seats. The sitting arrangements is not conducive for learning.

The Ministry of Education in the state has the power and responsibility to enforce basic standard.

Afonja Op.. This can never happen in Almighty Anambra State.

Yet he doles out N100m to Catholic and Anglican schools that have sources of funds and who themselves requested that their mission schools be handed over to them.
Why not save that money to develop or upgrade more government owned schools.
In the East and many other states outside Lagos,Abuja and PH,pupils still attend mainly government owned schools,unlike the private ones patronized in those cities aforementioned,so governments still have to pump in money to upgrade their schools,rather than channelling to those that have the means and charge fees from pupils.
