Pls help me look at my list of responsibilities, my chosen NOC is 1241 Admin Assistant but actual job title is HR and Admin Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking responsibility of administrative functions in support of the team including filing, record keeping, data management and surveys.
• Opening and distributing hand delivered and electronic mails, brochures, invoices and other delivered items within other departments.
• Taking minutes at department meetings.
• Handling and processing the procurement of office supplies when out of stock
• Processing staff enquiries and requests such as leave forms, loan forms, pension forms and ID cards etc.
• Booking flights, transport and hotel reservations as well as arranging airport assistance.
• Keeping records and documentation of trainings attended (local and international).
• Writing and preparing reports as requested.
• Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with agreed standard and timeline.
• Responding to emails and telephone calls from staff and clients.
• Updating and arranging department calendar and appointments for scheduled interviews.
• Responding to inquiries and directing queries to relevant department.
• Processing proper documentation for exiting staff in assigned division.
• Providing support for in-house trainings, team building, away-days and meetings.
• Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing processes for the department.

I am thinking of opening a EE profile. Then be opened for Alberta option, its the province I intended to settle anyway. I teach in the Dept of Mas Com( mentioned because of in-demand profession and probability issues). IELTs result 8777 CRS- 455 and if I re-sit with the intent of maxing it- 467, but spouse ielts may even drop it. It's been 3 weeks now that WES notified me of verification sent to Unilag so I am envisaging that in the next two or three weeks my ECA would be ready. Spouse- Just made registration for GCE to be sent to WES. Transcript application would be requested from OOU on Wed so it's still a long journey and booking for IELTS for October ending. With all these CRS factors and CIC, I don't want to be left behind. So please what do you advise.

Hi. You can create a profile if you have IELTS and ECA ready. You can always update it with spouse results when they are available.

I concur. Creating a profile early acts as a buffer against tie-breakie rule. Take it from someone whose initial score of 450 was made useless because some peeps who entered the pool around Nov/Dec 2018 upgraded their scores: minimum CRS score for that round (May 1, 2019) was 450 and tie-breaking rule was Nov. 5, 2018. Meanwhile, my profile was created in February, 2019.

And when my score was upgraded to 470 on May 23 (tie-breaking rule for that round); I was unaffected on May 29 when the minimum score was exactly 470, because I had been in the pool since February and that was what mattered.

Some of the duties in domestic operations is
1) payment of vendors and contractors fees
2) bad debit write off

Functions for clearing unit is
1) processing of inward and outward cheques
Please help gurus in the house

Just gotten home to check for my ITA. I thank God Almighty.

I have received a response from IOM and i replied them earlier stating not applicable for UCI, but when i received it, i updated the mail and sent again, this time with the UCI.

I have opened my profiled since 2018, but it became ineligible after i tried to upgrade my work experience, some mistake i made. but i opened another one as early as January 2019 and then IELTS has been messing up. We thank God i got it last month and now I just got my ITA with 473.

Now is the time to start processing...
