They will hack your whatsapp account and send your contacts a link and from there demand cash. Please spread this info, this is what they did to my account yesterday.

it is very annoying true. How can she just come up with stupid complain and tanish somebody's image without evidence or fair hearing from the other party. Nairaland needs to ban people that post this kind of things here.

This happened to me yesterday and the sum of #50,000 taken. The picture above is the picture on whatsapp. A link was sent to me which I clicked on,( I clicked because the means they used was via someone from my group.) after clicking and the person used this 3 lines to speak with me asking for the code after the call, I couldn't have access to my whatsapp again ( they even told me to switch off my data for 30-35mins which I refused) So I I'm putting this up to enlighten people so they don't fall a prey like me.

And your bank account was link to your Whatsapp ? Abi I should help you cook the lies.You fell for their trucks ,you revealed all your card details to them ...do not complain just bear your risk alone... because something lead to something is either you are buying or you saw a quick and cheap deal..

You must be one of them I guess. Anyway those that have hears let them hear.

Just be careful of clicking any link sent to u by known and unknown person. Lesson learnt

So you just posted someone's picture to tarnish his image perhaps maybe he bleeped you and broke your heart and this is how you thought of paying him back abi? Well newsflash nairalanders aren't that stupid to believe what we just read. We need one little thing called evidence perhaps a screenshot or two will do. And thanks for the warning but we can handle ourselves miss advicer

I couldn't screen our conversation before I block and report the number on whatsapp and as regards bleeping everyone cant be like you or the ladies you've been with and I wont dignify you with more answers as i have reported to the right authorities. So deal with it when you become a victim.
