An unidentified man has been spotted cutting rail lines into different sizes at Holyghost area in Enugu state, IgbereTV reports.

Twitter user, @vicmela1 who asked for security operatives to be deployed to the scene, said the "man and his team" carry the rail lines to an unknown location after cutting it into different sizes.

He wrote;

"I meet this guy this morning as he was busy cutting this rail to different sizes so he can be able to carry it at Holygost. This guy and his team are gradually taking the rail out to God knows where, I plead with
@PoliceNG

@PoliceNG_CRU
to send their men there.
@Coal_City"

Though this is very illegal and the culprits should be arrested immediately.

But to think of it... Shebi you no that normal clean hustle like Gateman Job, some government employees, gardener Job, some teaching jobs, even a normal police officers that don't collect bribes can't even even feed his family.

Things are really getting out of hand. Ordinary indomie noodles don turn to big man food.

You cook chicken for general house, tomorrow landlord go increase your rent personally

Abeg police go and arrest the the hungry men cutting the rail lines.

Bad.
But that track should be renovated and put to use. It was useful back then. There may not be need to construct newer tracks if the old ones can be functional and modernized.

The man did noble.
Nice one

That rail way hasn't been in used for numbers of years now. The useless government abandoned it because it doesn't matter to them, what matter most to them, is flying always to London for medical check-up.
What he's doing is WRONG!
The government have failed, but the good citizens should not fail by doing bad and calling it good.

It is sad that such rail tracks cannot be renovated and put into use, rather the government will be constructing railways in Nigeria Republic

Look at how Igbo posters are supporting a criminal act because it was done in Igboland.
That's how ESN burnt down Imo State Police Command Headquarters overnight and Igbos are denying that ESN did it even when ESN never denied doing it.

Igbos need to stop justifying bad behaviour of Igbos because it is the generality of Igbos who will suffer the consequences.

if our government now puts fairly used trains on that track and it derails, hurting "your people" you'll be the one to scream government! when you also encourage sabotage.

What effontery

I schooled in IHNPS....during my primary school days...we do go to school through that railway

I checked out that railway few months ago and what I saw there shocked me to the bone marrow.

If not that I am used to crossing that bridge...I for fall that day cos those planks and irons ain't tight anymore.

Yes,country hard no be small but why will some individuals wake up every morning and decide to destroy the little infrastructure that we are even managing in dx country.
