Hi nairalanders. Pls I need your advices. I and my hubby are planning to relocate our family (of three) to Canada. We both had overall bands of 7 in Ielts and our consultant says we will likely need a PNP to boost our scores. Our transcripts was delivered to IQAS since 7th of March 2019 and till date we haven't received an acknowledgement mail from them. My questions are:

1. Has anyone here experienced such delay in acknowledgement with IQAS and how long more do you think we have to wait?
2. Has anyone here done a PNP before and how can we do it on our own because we really don't want to use a consultant again to save cost.

Just to update this in case anyone else has this issue. I sent an email to IQAS and they just replied. They said i should upload my birth certificate, and passport page to my profile. They asked for my file number to note the error, so that when they are doing the assessment, they'll correct it on my ECA. Apparently this is only because the assessment has not been done. I don't know what would happen if the assessment has been done already. I hope this helps. Thanks everyone

Good morning guys, the date of birth on my transcript is different from my date of birth on my passport and other documents. The year of birth is different by a year. They're currently opening documents delivered in April. If you're sure your document was delivered in January you need to send an email/call. People that sent documents in March have started receiving their assessments, while those that sent in April are receiving AOR.

In my own little understanding o. No foreign evaluation should take this long. It's either you gave them the room to delay. In this case, your patience is too extreme. Anyway don't mind me. What do I know about the circumstances surrounding your application.

Stencil:
8777 would put your CRS at 468. You should be able to get ITA with that score.
It is important that you practice everyday. It is also important to mimic exam conditions when you practice. If you miss a question because you were distracted, don't pause the video/audio, keep going and try to guess what the answer is.
If your exam center uses earphones, do the same thing.

I checked the reading practice test on the you tube yesterday. it looks simple compare to the test on ieltsonline. Please what do you suggest?

Have you been checking your profile online? What does your application status say? Have you also tried to call? If not, call and ask for an update. Mine took approximately 6months. I don’t know anyone whose application took longer than that.

I opened my wes profile late last month n i hv a reference num and I am yet to pay dis week. After submitting i clicked on the make payment botton n chise the western route n filled d form up till d end. N I saw my reference num. family members that can added to your application are
1 your spouse


2 child(ren), adopted child(ren). they must be less than 22 years.

you can apply for your parents after you become a permanent resident.
i am afraid your other siblings will have to apply on their own.
However when they apply, they would be entitled to 15 points

Was any individual section less than 6? If you had 5 or 5.5 in even one, that's the problem.
