They should call it National Reset Service, for that is where they reset people's heads. Although a lot of prisoners correctioners come out more hardened.

The terms I used on a serious note are no big deal. Americans call their prisons either Correctional centers or penitentiaries (from the word penitent). Also, recidivism is a word for released prisoners going back to crime when released. (The guy no learn anything. He might have gotten better robbery training there making him far worse)
