The Banter btw GEJ, BB and Ribadu( I don't even know his acronym) team on this forum has been productive/counter productive for sometime now. I have been following as i have no candidate neither do i have a card to vote but i must confess the energy put in by some forumites to see that their candidate excel in tomorrows election is awesome and its commendable excluding many fouls lingos used by some.

By tomorrow's evening the dust might have settled and all projection 70% seen. Which user name(s) do you think will disappear at least for some while after tomorrow due to the failure of their candidate or party.

No party will fail tomorow neither will any of their lieutenants. Tomorrow, it is Nigeria who will either win or lose.

So I don't expect any username to disappear. The next four years will determine who's right and who's wrong.

The parties that did not win the presidency failed imo. As such some of their lieutenants might disappear for sometime be re- appearing. It might be in anger after seeing that their candidates were rigged out or otherwise.

So I don't expect any username to disappear. The next four years will determine who's right and who's wrong.

Next for years will only let us know who is wrong or right depending on some factors. If Buhari wins and fail to deliver after four yrs, that will only let us know that his lieutenants were wrong and we wouldn't know if GEJ and Ribadu lieutunants were right coz their candidates were not tried. We will only assume which is not enough.

Just like an average BB supporter, our believe in true change, spirit of self sacrifice for general good motivates us.

For me and fellow likeminds in the BB team, we dont lack funds to meet our daily and family needs, we live confortably and contented bt the future of millions of innocent children been born in nigeria without a glimpse of what they wil face in future if looting, indiscipline and rigging continues propel some of us.

I don't give a hook about anybody. To me Buhari, GEJ, IBB, Ribadu, ObJ are all the same. None seek for the well being of Nigeria and Nigerians but Power power power that corrupt them. Any of them voted in, the story will be the same in the next four yrs. Nigerians know thatz why everybody is his own government. You buy ur gen and drill ur own bore hole i do same for myself and the next person did for himself. Very soon we will be tarring our own roads if its has not started already. Some of you are very childish with how you think that those of us who speak here are motivated by anything other than the desire for Nigeria to gain good leadership . It is the average Nigerian , wallowing in abject poverty with all dignity eroded , that I pity. As long as I have human compassion for those who are victims of misrule then I will always be here even if I know that the very folks I agonize over are the same ones ,  through lack of political sophistication, who may have doomed themselves to further suffering . That is democracy . We should respect it and commit to strengthening it.  

In any case , for GEJ fans , if he wins , you will soon see how unpopular GEJ will become . We forget that , among sophisticated voters typified by Nairaland and other forum , Jonathan's approval rating plummeted [b]drastically [/b]because of how poorly GEJ performed in the face of serious challenges. Anyone who thinks those challenges will disappear after tomorrow is naive at best .

GEJ , IMO , has accepted a 'poisoned chalice'. I make bold to say that , if Jonathan wins, the next effort by the "born to rule" clan we all despise will be incessant acts of sabotage (not necessarily limited to violence) to jeopardize GEJ's Presidency so that he either leaves early or is in unanimously despised by all Nigerians come 2015. Those who want GEJ out will have been encouraged by his weak style , in the face of crisis ( both political and physical) aimed at appeasing everyone . "Divine" emergence that is not matched by integrity , utmost bravery and unflinching political will can only get you so far before people begin to see through you . We enter an unpredictable dawn from tomorrow . I was gracious enough to wait patiently to be proven right about Yar Adua . I am certain GEJ is another Yar Adua or worse.  If he gains another 4 years , then I hope , for the sake of the suffering masses , I am wrong about him. Nothing is personal for me . It is all about the progress and greatness of Nigeria.

I will still be here whether BB loses or not, we will all be here to witness PDP and GEJ ruin our lives for another four year.

We tried the "political" selection process and it does not seem to be working in the favour of us average Nigerians, how about we try other means of ensuring that our rights are not trampled upon, like massive protest against any apparent rigging like we ve seen on the Viral you-tube video, the problem is as long as we sit down with our hands in our Laps, nothing will change and the Looters will continue to Loot and the Masses will continue to wallop in Misery and Poverty. Maybe its time Nigerians Take to the Street and show the Looters we need rid of them or all hell will break loose, our we think Nigerians are Bigger than that?

Majority of BB/RIBADU supporters are the types who are well above poverty level in this country. They spent from their personal income just to enthrone the best for this country.
So if GEJ wins it is loss for the poverty stiken Nigerian masses who live from hand to mouth. It would be a welcome to another 4 years of stangnations and backwardness.
OBJ fist term in office presented the best shot PDP could have had at that level and we all saw how it went. OBJ, before he left, has set up a killer equation that would always see to a president from his party becoming nonperforming.
We shall all come back here very soon, to analyse who be our president on how far he has been living up to the concerns good people of this nation raised about him.

most of us who are against gej have despite the odds managed to be in a position to earn a comfortable living in nigeria. granted, our buying power etal is limited by nigerian type expenses - genertaor, diesel, repairring of vehicles on bad roads - but we are still making out alright

it is the masses, like our carpenter who delayed a over due job for months only to show up late last saturday explaining that his wife is ill and in hospital, he had to send his kids to the village to stay with his folks because he could not cope, and the kids fell ill, he has no money to handle any of the bills, (and he has already lost a child a year ago)

it is my neighbour who woke me up at 12 am to tell me his wife was in labor and we drove from festac to apapa at 1am only to get to the hospital and find it closed because of doctor's strike, after which my wife had to make a call to a private hospital in festac who were gracious enough to take them in without demanding money up front

it is the maiguard in my close, who fell ill and was subsisting on medicine from quacks until my wife found out and put him in a hospital

it is my other neighbours whose kids are still struggling to get into uni, and who came to beg that we lend them money for their kis school fees

those are the people who will continue to suffer and continue to be forced to live  a miserable existence, those whose future and dreams wiill continue to be trucated so a greedy few can stash away billions for their unborn generations.

i gave up half hope for nigeria the day ppl were protesting in london that chief thief ALLAMS be freed from all procecution with most protester eager to harrass the british police ,this couple with the massive fun and flare that greeted that OLE. when he escaped justice to his home town.
