Hmmm, good one from ICPC.
But I don't think this will stop other governors from stealing, it will only make them steal smarter.
Until immunity is removed, stealing will not stop.
Gandollar is still walking free.

Most of them steal for their children even their unborn kids while the children of the masses suffer but at the end life is worth living cuz laughter is the most precious treasure. Government na Barawo!
