Ok, it means that a slot in the sim tray is eighter for a sim or sd card. So its eighter you are using one sim and an sd card or 2 sims and no sd card. Its a problem for us in naija because over 90% of us have 2 sims and pack media in our sd card and internal memory cannot replace sd cards. Its also called sharded slot
