Your post is a bit confusing. What you need is it a 03 to 07 VW toureg V8 engine. you should always put year of vehicle so people would not thing you are looking for a 2018 engine.

The VW toureg as known was not fitted with a BHX but AXQ though most of the technician can't really confirm that because the toureg and it's identical twin the Q7 VW didn't specify what type of Engine code they carried.

Never came across such change before but try iyana itire as adviced to know the possibility of sourcing and the cost.
