I assume you wont be funding before interview..Go with opening confirmation and make the transfer. Staple them together with the opening confirmation being on top.
But if you are funding before interview, you wont be needing any of the two. You simply download and printout the blocking confirmation that you will receive and go with it.

I am more of Canada schools and processing not until they frowned at my application after i made upfront of $10,000 tuition and still denied on ground of funds , willing to add more but i was amazed the same thing i wanted to pay close #9,000,000 Naira i will get for free i better turn supper glue there.

Please i have few question to ask and i will be glad if anyone can assist.
1, Have never come across MEDICAL examination, the embassy don't request your medical status or i missed it in this thread. at what point do you do your medical and where?
2, from my research the block account will now increase to €10,236 from 2020 am i right?
3, is second class lower accepted to do Master's in Germany even though my WES evaluation was very attractive and 5 schools gave me LOA in Canada all best schools in Toronto?
4, Do they have a separate body that evaluate Transcript or just uni assist?
4, Can you recommend the tested and trusted school i can learn GERMAN in Lagos. let me be honest it is very difficult to know if this teachers are teaching me exactly what I needed to know because you cant differentiate from the good/bad. my friend in France warned me and told me "if i don't want to be in mess with all my experience i better start learning German now like everything depend on it". please i beg you i need a trusted school. i have plenty of them but i need to choose.
5, is there any schools that has their admission open presently for summer?

Note about stapling:
if you have a single document that is two or more pages, for example motivation letter, cv, two-sitting, transcripts, you can staple them together as one document. staple the photocopies also as one document. but dont staple both the photocopy and the originals together. Because you will be asked to place the originals on one side and the photocopies on another side. you are advised to use paper clips to hold both the originals and the photocopies together. so that when Paulinaus calls for a document you can easily access both the original and the two photocopies. I hope you understand.

Well to start with I'll say I don't think anyone will answer everything you just asked but the German process is very different from Canada you're talking about
We don't make use of medical reports or whatever here

But to start with I'll advise you to start reading from part 6 you'll become very grounded once you're done

And also make daad.de your best friend at this time and do your own personal research

Summer applications should be open by next month or October just start getting your docs ready and check the requirements from your chosen schools

My interview is on the 21st, all document ready. I used paper clips for all documents that have more than one pages

3. The format for arranging the doc are same as outlined here. I will advice you u follow and arrange the 3 sets in same sequence, demacate each set so it become easier when picking. Use paper clip for doc that has more than a page and dont staple ANY
