A minister is an administrator. The ministry is charged with making policy and providing a direction. The most important element is managing people. Some great footballers are terrible coaches while some who did not play are excellent coaches.

Due to lack of good competition in the DM position, Anderson Esiti maintains his place in the team. There has been some buzz about this kid already this season. He has put in some top drawer performances.

He played about 17 games in the third tier last year but some of his performances this season have been quality. I have only heard good things.

Jamilu Collins was also in the third tier and picked from the 2nd tier where he played for a newly promoted side.

I guess Rohr wants a closer look at the kid.

Paderbon was a Bundesliga 3 side 2 seasons ago but they play in the top flight now.

we did same with Aina and it paid off
