Redundancy must be dealt with in our civil service and it's culprits must be shown the back door without any hesitation so that it will serve as a deterrant for others.

If they will have their jobs back, the same persons will settle for African time or not coming to work at all while millions of Nigerians are looking for the priviledge to be payroll into a database as civil servants.

You will never know how valuable is the token until it stops coming completely

Please all you can do is to check ur cabinet and cut down on all unnecessary allowances and foreign trip as a matter of fact your security allowance can sort out this people salary without choking the state budget and at the end of the day this people will still pay tax which is a plus to the State Internal revenue.

Imo state does not require more than1000 civil servants.
Development in that state has been grounded to a near halt due to Overbloated civil Service made by inept governors since 1999.
The governors for lack of funds thus limited infrastructural development to state capital.
Worst of such governors who limited to state capital was Rochas Okorocha.

Those who can pay rent in state capital troop to settle in state capital.

Other parts of the state are as good as dead zones.

Do you know the number of retirees that died last year because of lack of pension after 30 to 40 years of service; while some were collecting free salary, smiling and feeding themselves.
