Driving in NY is not child's play as well.

Nigeria should not be on that list. Reckless driving does not qualify as driving. Bring a lagos danfo driving to NY, and his vehicle will get impounded after 5minutes of driving.

I am really glad that even though Shanghai was mentioned, it is not on the main list. I am about to go there and I've been reading a lot of articles on the web to find out is Shanghai safe or not. At this point, I know all the aspects so I am pretty sure that I won't have any problems during the trip.
