I think the call and text will come from state command and it will be personal. At least that was how it was done with the 2016 set. You can read thru this thread from page 100 to 103.

I've been following this thread for a very long time, and it's true that this wait can be tiresome, however, best thing is to take mind off it and get busy with other things, by the grace of God, the call to camp would be authorised and everyone would be happy.

I'm not an applicant and I wish to apply for the next batch, which should be next year. Wish everyone success and God bless y'all.
