If it's wall tiling, you will need about 30-40
If it's floor tiling 25bags, depending g on how well prepared the surfaces are.

The type of paint your want to use depends on your budget.
If the wall and ceiling is screeded, you may use matte, satin or silk for the wall and emulsion or matte for the ceiling. If it's not screeded, you may use emulsion for the ceiling and wall or matte finish for the wall after priming it.
