Is your older phone a Xiaomi phone? If it is, you don't need to download with data.
It's not. it's an infinix phone. And it's downloading app I can send directly via xender.

Why are you extracting it? You don't need to extract.
I know, I was curious cos it went from 50% to 95% in less than a minute, so I was trying to see if it downloaded well.

But if it did download well I would be able to extract it, right?

Ok, you can send the files to the new phone via Xender, but as for whatspp, you need to backup before sending to the new phone. Your contacts will be saved and restored on the new phone, only if you back them up on your Google account.

I haven't tried extracting it before. It's better you check the file size via file manager and compare it to the supposed size to know if it downloaded well.

If you are kit using Google contact, better back up your contact locally as .CSV and import it to your Xiaomi. Some apps still won't work if you send via Xender except you instal afresh from Google play.

Open your security app, tap on battery, on the top right corner pat the settings there, navigate to clear cache when device is locked and set it to never.
Hope it works, someone here mentioned it and it worked for me couple weeks ago when I had the same issue.

Are your Sims 4G enabled?
It is also possible the 4G signals are not strong enough of any. Download ForceLTE app from playstore or use the code *#*#4636#*#* to force 4G.

If Glo have not installed band 3 to your area you won't see Glo 4G because there is no band 28.

ok MTN and Airtel do show 4G

Yeah I cancelled it and sent the apps via xender instead. As for the WhatsApp, I forgot to backup before switching to the new phone hence I saw the backup for as recently as last year. I did backup my contacts and have restored all. Thanks for your reply.
