Anyway, I never said the only thing a woman can bring to the table is sex and cooking. I said that for a woman who has nothing to offer in a relationship other than sex, taking up the responsibility of cooking is a way to make herself useful. Seems you can't comprehend simple things.

If a man bears the financial responsibility alone, the woman must make herself useful by cooking real good; organising the house and giving her husband and lord his peace of mind; look after the kids; and pleasure her husband in the other room at least 3 times per week. These things are okay even though they don't measure up to the difficulty of making money and financing the household. However, it should be noted that if a woman doesn't want to live this way, she has the right to walk out of the relationship as no one is forcing her to stay.

The way to a man's Heart in this 21st century is ATTITUDE. This is not bcs attitude if converted ( as in A=1, T=20....E=5 and total word 100℅) no. It's because good attitude is rare now. A lot of women may not know how to cook but when a man finds her attitude quite virtuous and noble, damn it, what's food. After all bad food can't make a man commit suicide but a bad attitude sure can. Think about it!

You might be right to some extent, "attitude" be that as it may be attitude can be tolerated to some extent, by attending a good counselling classes prior to the marriage, and perhaps the man can choose to ignore, but when it comes to eating good food, that can not be taken away from a man, you can image coming back from a hard days job and when you enter your house you can not eat good food cooked by your wife, it is an embarassing, the question is can a man tolerate his tommy? especially wen hunger keeps knocking.....

It sure is embarrassing! But the thing about cooking is, one may get it right some day. It happens. I don't know how, especially for a woman who admit that she don't know how to cook. But a situation where no one bother to tell u how bad ur food taste......daz awful.

Yeah! The issue is that ladies should learn @ young age, not when they are advancing age. In the African context, it is seen as a tarboo, for a wife not to know how to cook, but in the western world, it's nothing to them, because the man can choose to eat out.
