The British govt stood as witness in the contract. Will you blame Jonathan for that as well?

The Nigerian legal team knew they could never win the case as the agreement was heavily in favour of P&ID and so that is why the FG under GEJ went for and got an out of court settlement.

GEJ left the payment to Buhari so as not to be accused in future of paying out money for a shoddy contract drawn by the likes of Kingibe.
