You do not know international law but you know Nigerian zoo
Go n read the story of Osama Bin Laden n u will understand that kanu is a nobody that can b dealt with at will. U don't understand that Nigerian government can write to UK of how he's creating nuisance here n due to diplomatic ties UK will b forced to look into the case. N the first question any reasonable body will ask nnamdi kanu is that, is there referendum in the constitution? If not look for ways to add it n pursue your ambition without coercing n causing trouble.

I dont believe the stupid things people bring to court.

You are asking a Nigerian court to mandate the British government to repatriate it's own citizen to Nigeria?

How is this possible??

Even if Nnamdi Kanu is to be repatriated, it will be the Nigerian government that will approach the British government for this, and even if the British government agrees to this, Nnamdi Kanu can still challenge the repatriation in court and I dont believe that any British court will agree that Kanu should be repatriated considering the fact that the Nigerian government disobeyed 2 court orders for his release and tried to kill him under the guise of operation python dance

Lol this weird lawsuit. If the FG was interested in arresting kanu the will file extradition order against him. The UK wasn't formally asked to do anything so why should they act. Nigeria didn't extradite Nigeria indicted by USA just because they saw names in paper?
