I'm just upset that some Nigerians behave like illiterate children whenever a Nigerian leader travels abroad.

I remember how some people criticised GEJ because he was not received at the airport by the Chinese president. Meanwhile, the Chinese president never recieves visiting dignitaries at the airport. The reception is always done at the Great Hall of the People.

I created a thread to correct that impression and posted pictures of GEJ's reception at the Great Hall of the People. I also posted a video of Obama's reception in the same hall and someone attacked me and said that my argument was not tenable, despite the fact that I didn't make any argument.

Similarly, the G7/G8 did not invite any African leader to their summit between 2012-2014, yet some Nigerians were mocking GEJ because he was not there. Nigeria is not even a member of the G7!

Again, some Nigerians were mocking Buhari because Donald Trump did not welcome him at the airport when he went to the US. The US president does not welcome visiting dignitaries at the airport! Besides, it was a working visit, not a state visit.
