Following previous patterns, can we rightly conclude that APL is also expecting the same silence before making an appearance?

Good evening guys, my opinion about the change of management is, were those now in the helm of affairs not in the system before? Were they not in the knowing of all activities? Like didn't they participate? Wasn't mele kyari in the system when the recruitment kick started, I'm just here wondering why a change of GMD should halt/slow down the process, when it wasn't as though it was done in his absence. in my opinion i also think the apl shouldn't be hurriedly sent to people, giving it time for every stakeholder to prove the conclusion as fair, other than issues arising after apl has been sent to people. Just thinking

On second thought @ladyjane5657 may not have served burnt dodo afterall.

Cause the reason one might attribute to the delay in APL is if there have been a withdrawal of submitted list of successful applicants.

I mean it is only evident there was going to be one or two changes when new managements comes to play(they will definitely want to stake their authority) but I doubt if those changes will lead to outright cancellation of the recruitment process.

Yet, this is Nigeria. A place where our leaders have been playing Super Mario on the future of youths, so anything can happen. Let just keeping believing they will sort themselves out and APL will be released soonest.

There is no any stockholder ish, just the Nigerian factor, just take a glance at Customs & DSS recruitment & you will see what's up, even what cause the looong delay for prisons recruitment was that the connectess wiped out the original list & the merits hardly even got 10%,.

It took two months from close of application before CBT details/centers was announced, this interview is just 1.5 months plus.

When it comes to personal interest, i thought the GMD should have the interest of NNPC's growth at heart and not some personal ambition, to the extent of canceling a concluded process just because he wants to add his candidates (meaning his ambition is greater than NNPC's) this recruitment was made public, i would have agreed if the former GMD conducted the recruitment by himself all in-house and codedly, like the speculated CBN recruitment but it was made public. i would just like that we look at this thing critically

remember at every stage NNPC had updated public, but the FINAL stage is highly confidential and sensitive that's why still no responses from nnpc. note only those that were meant to work with NNPC can get APL, regardless of application/CBT/Interview. just pray pray pray .....I know everyone here get connection but it can only work with prayer

Of course, my post was to help you clarify your assumptions.

The new GMD is not brought from outside the corporation, he’s already in the system, the knew when the recruitment started and I’m might be on the board sef. Change in management hierarchy is not the reason why the offer letter hasn’t been sent out yet.

There’s no point giving ourselves headache, let’s just pray to get the offer letter when it comes.

2 months that was used in screening 26 million applicants....

Right now... We are barely 10 thousand... If they wanted the APL out under 1 month, nothing would have stopped that... They have all the equipments needed for fast action.

And right on the spot ( interview), an interviewer makes his/ her decisions to employ or not employ a particular invitee... The only little time needed is just to filter excesses based on some specifications.

In my opinion, this Stuff is taking longer than needed and nothing will explain that if not the feared manipulations from external sources...

But then, they can take all the time they need in the world.. My own is ,nobody should touch my APL oo
