When it’s time to for results update, you will be sent an email to do so. The message is sent to the email you registered for the scholarship with. The official letter is sent to your school.

You can go online. Go to your school portal and find details about the staffs. Most schools do put the details of each staff. Just find your HOD online. That's how I did mine
