Please I have a friend that got his visa two days ago. Should he buy a one way ticket or round ticket? People said he should buy round ticket to avoid issues at the airport. Since he won't be coming back any time soon is there any need to buy round ticket that will only be valid for a year?

This question shows you still don't understand the fundamental principles of Nairaland study/travel threads. it is simple, it is best for you to apply to schools, scholarships and visa yourself. Most are scammers!
That lady trying to sell Chinese government scholarship to you is not exempted, she's not to blame though as she's just trying to extort you for what you don't know but you surely need.

The scholarship is a thing you can obtain yourself. therefore, yes, you can apply yourself .

There are many fake agents outside there and they are the one giving us problem at China embassy via their fake documents issuing to potential students.

Many rules has come to play at China embassy while requirements are inconvenient anymore.

Please even if you want to use agent, dont use them for admission..... Some students will not even have required documents and wanting agents to fabricate documents for them.

If you don't know where to start from, please join groups on whatsapp and wechat. Ask question and go to Cafe if you can't afford system.

Just scan all your documents and save it on your mail if that is your problem. Buy #200 time in Cafe and apply to many schools.

You guys can simply apply for csc scholarship and other scholarships on your own without going through these agents, I got a csc scholarship last year, and this year about 10 of my friends got as well, without going through any agent.. Don't let these guys scam you.. Just get enough information online and apply on your own, and don't decieve yourself that Chinese universities don't admit Nigerians, my sch admitted four Nigerians this year on csc full scholarship.. Common guys, we're Nigerians, we rule the world..

I would also like to know if Chinese degrees re respected globally esp in US, Canada, Australia, UK ? can black africans get jobs there easily after graduation or they have to leave the country after studies. I don't really have an issue with the language cis I believe with determination I can learn it.
