They cannot review their gun control law, it is a deliberate but unwritten Republican government policy to reduce the population of blacks. The blacks are giving birth to more children while whites don't even want yo go through the stress of pregnancy, birth and child raising. So the whites are scared that one day very very soon, the blacks will outnumber the whites. When this happens, then election into government positions would be won more by blacks. Therefore having no restrictions on gun possession can greatly help to reduce black population.

Go through the statistics of the victims, more blacks are killed by the different psycho shooters not to mention the unannounced gang wars and killings in black neighborhoods.
