Was searching through some of my documents today and stumbled upon the NNPC Corporate Policy and Procedure Guide that was given to us during orientation.

It is a very detailed manual that talks about everything associated with NNPC including benefits/ entitlements, training, conditions for leave of absence, [/b]working hours, recruitment process ( shortlisting, interview types and panel composition for different grade levels, criteria for success, etc), [b]specific kinds of jobs for each grade level, loans, long service award, secondment to IOCs...name it.

Quite interesting..

I never planned to share the document. Besides, it is difficult to share it even if I wanted to cos it's hardcopy manual with over 200 pages.

I even heard someone ordering me to unfollow the thread. The truth is that I have seen more naughty folks than them.The sad thing is that people don't know difference btw joke and insults.
