Hakim Ziyech not impressed with a Dutch Journalist asking if Moroccan Players born in Holland choose Morocco instead of Holland due to premiums offered by the Moroccan FA. Lol... the journo said Koeman implied such and wanted to confirm from Ziyech if it is true. What was he bloody expecting??

You need to see Ziyech's face. Hahahaha

Well, just dropped it in the light of all this Foreign born players with African links having to always choose where their allegiances lie internationally. Of course as Naija, we have our own matter...

Hmm... UD Logrones. So K.Nwakali is now officially a Huesca player but will spend the first part of the season (six months) at Logrones in the Spanish third tier before returning to Huesca for the second half of the season. Okay...

Mehn... better to start somewhere at least. He still has time. After all, just look at Ramon Azeez today. Kelechi Nwakali should get things going down there in Spain division 3 and climb up the ladder from there. If he wants to fulfill his potentials bad enough, then work he must in Spain starting with Logrones and from there... he will eventually rise.

You can't compare azeez's progression so far to that of nwakali. Azeez played for Almeria in laliga and was a starter after just spending a season with their youth side.

He got demoted to the 2nd tier with Almeria who later sold him off on a decent price to another team in the same league. Since then he has been a steady performer in the Spanish 2nd tier and made name for himself which got him back to the top tier with granada.

Nwakali is talented but to me he seem u serious and lazy. This is his best chance to revive his fading career if not the next move that awaits him is to the Uzbek league.

He is 21 already and need to shake off the wonder kid tag which I believe got to his head. I pray he succeeds in spain

Ramon Azeez is on his second La liga stint. He was a regular for Almeria in La Liga.

The problem with alot of our homegrown talents is that little success gets to their head which tend to make them lazy and unserious. With nwakali's talent and exploit in youth football he ought to be playing consistently atleast in the Belgian or Dutch top tier.

For huesca to loan him to a 3rd tier club in Spain shows they re not yet convinced in what he has to offer and I will say to them it's just a risky signing.

His biggest mistake was joining arsenal instead of ajax who offered the same amount as the English side but the lure of being an arsenal player with papilos influence enticed him to England.

If he joined arsenal he would have been well nurtured and tutored and by now will be in the clubs first team or at worst on loan to another Dutch top tier team.

I know that and he has also been to a World cup but the reality is that he also suffered setbacks career wise and was playing from a certain UD Lugo...
Dude's career hasn't been so stable but he is finding his footing now and is back again in the top flight.
One thing going for Ramon is that all his career has been mostly about Spanish football... all his ups and downs has been in Spain. The dude practically reeks of Spanish football now. It is in his DNA. And Ramon Azeez has taken 10 years to get to this level now...

K.Nwakali now has a chance to find his footing now that the Arsenal tie has been severed. He is still 3 years in the game professionally.

Azeez career I agree have been unstable but miles better than that of Nwakali. Azeez as a young star was a steady figure in almeria's team then in laliga, even when he dropped to the 2nd tier he played consisntly until he returned to the top tier this season.

Can Nwakali make any English championship team's bench? The same Nwakali that flopped in the Dutch top tier and Portuguese 2nd tier? Let's forget sentiment and face facts.

Which excuse do you have to give now as huesca a 2nd tier team in Spain deem him not good enough at the moment and loaned him to the 3rd tier instead?

Ramon have been under the radar for most, for a long time now since the 2014 WC. Several even forgot about him or that he played football in Spain. He has shuttled between First, second and Third tiers of Spanish football between 2014 and last season before he returned to La Liga this season.

My point is this... Ramon struggled to rise to any level of prominence but he is hitting the right notes now.

Now let K.Nwakali do the same. It is up to him and I hope he can deliver with this chance given to him.

Oga get your facts right, Azeez never played for any 3rd tier team in Spain.

When he moved to Spain he played for almeria's B team and after a season was promoted to their senior side which were in laliga then.

When they were relegated after and after a season or two playing for Almeria is the 2nd tier he joined Lugo who were competing in the same league from where garanada snapped him up

Azeez also dropped to the Third tier for Almeria B and played games there. It was that bad and really unstable. But yes he has had a better career naa.... Kelechi is just starting off while Ramon has been in the game for 10 years (okay that's close to 8 years as a Pro).

Kelechi is now in the Spanish third tier and it does not change the fact that he is really talented. He is starting all over.. this is him starting things all over since the Arsenal move was a failure from the onset. Huesca have gotten him and now needs to introduce him to Spanish football so loaning him out to Logrones is what Kelechi has to put up with and make the most out of. Chikena.

So what does shuttling between First, second and third Spanish tiers mean then? What is wrong in the facts I put out? Did he not play in the Third tier of Spanish football? What is wrong in saying he featured there? Was Almeria B not a third tier team at the time he featured? Lol...

Oh yeah... But I really was pointing to the Third tier level he featured at for Almeria B. Lugo was not his lowest point.

Fact is Ramon has been neither here nor there in 10 years despite playing predominantly 2nd tier football while having just two top tier seasons in Spain. He hs been mostly anonymous football wise and is just beginning to show his class.

Oga u can't compare azeez career progression so far to that of Nwakali for now.

Let's forget the pampering and hype Nwakali is not doing well at the moment and have to sit up. Left for me he should be dropped from the u23 team until he gets serious.

Imagine spending over 2 years in Europe but still yet he has not shown any promise?

I reduced my expectation on him when he couldn't make it at NEC in the eirdevisie. He needs to sit up
