BREAKING: FG Summons South Africa High Commissioner Over Xenophobic Attacks by Ecstasy154(m): 10:14am On Sep 03, 2019
Sunday Oguntola

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, has summoned the South African High Commissioner to Nigeria, Bobby Moroe, over the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

A meeting has been scheduled to hold between the duo by 11am on Tuesday.

A senior official of the ministry, Kimiebi Ebenfa, confirmed the development in a WhatsApp message.

It reads: “I am directed to inform you that the Minister of Foreign Affairs has summoned the High Commissioner of South Africa for a meeting this morning by 11. The meeting was confirmed a few minutes ago.”

Onyema on Monday vowed the Federal Government would take “definitive measures” following the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

He described the attackers as mindless criminals, noting that the police intervention was ineffective.

On his verified Twitter handle, the Minister said: “Received sickening and depressing news of continued burning and looting of Nigerian shops and premises in #SouthAfrica by mindless criminals with ineffective police protection. Enough is enough. We will take definitive measures.”

Speculations that the alleged killer was a Nigerian sparked protests, looting and burning of foreign-owned businesses.

The police had struggled to bring the attacks under control.

But why can't Buhari with his entourage just fly there themselves and have a face to face talk with the people at the helm of affairs in SA..

Or has he suddenly lost interest in globetrotting?

I lived in SA for sometime and I can say a thing or two about them.

An average South African male is an illiterate and hate Nigerians passionately. Allow a South African male to choose between Satan and a Nigerian, he will chose Satan without regret. This hatred is nothing else but for economic reasons.

An average South African male till this day doesn't understand how a Nigerian will come to SA and in months, he is already working and in few years setting up businesses while himself is struggling to make ends meet. For him, it is unacceptable. Nigerians must be using some kind of voodoo. one South African told me at retail park in waterkloof, Nigerians drive the finest cars and above all f**ks the most beautiful of SA girls. To him, this cannot continue and it must be stopped.

By our nature as Nigerians, we are loud and determined and most times South Africans interpret this as domineering. "Nigerians are taking away our businesses and our women" you would here these statement alot in SA. For them, this African Brothers must be stopped by all means. We must send Nigerians away. An average South African black male is jobless, depraved, a drunk and hopeless. He is entrench in crime and have no problem raping his sister, mother and grandmother. This is a regular occurrence in South Africa. So, taking the lives of Nigerians means nothing to him.

Hand an average South African black male the shops he is looting to run, he will sell and use the proceeds to drink alcohol and buy drugs. Don't get me wrong, their are good South African black males, but they are the educated ones and are in the minority. I have seen people talk about Nigerians leaving SA. Lets be clear, it will not happen. Do you know how many Nigerian businesses are in Johannesburg?
Do you know how many Nigerian run hospitals are in Pretoria?
Do you know how many Nigerian run saloons, car shops are in SA?

Nigeria and South Africa cannot be separated no matter how hard we try. The bond btw both countries is deeper than what we see in the surface. Aside businesses and historical alliances, thousands of Nigerians are married to South Africans. No one can break this alliance. Lets be clear also. Too many Nigerians are doing crime in South Africa. This crime ranges from online fraud to hired assassins. You cannot enter a country and then constitute nuisance. In Johannesburg, too many Nigerians are into drugs and online fraud. This people are giving Nigerian a bad name

You people asking for government to take actions against South Africa companies in Nigeria, have you thrown away your MTN sims yet?
Have you cancelled your DSTV and GoTV subscriptions yet?
Is that dish still mounted on your roof/wall? you walk in to those offices , shorite, Dstv, and MTN , you don’t see any South African but Nigerians earnings an honest living.

For those of you that can't boycott DSTV simply because of premier league.

Download WSS APP
it has every sports channels that you can ever ask for.
Stream all you want
Boycott DSTV!

Please I must add that you must download MX PLAYER APP so as for you to stream.
The WSS APP automatically uses the MX PLAYER to play videos.

Same high commissioner that must have been briefed by their Government on the new plan to eradicate all foreign nationals/immigrants in the name of reducing the 80% dominance of foreign nationals in their cities.

l listened to South Africa's deputy minister of police affairs recently, Bongani Mkongi in a video dating back to 2017 and he was talking absolute nonsense in his attempts to find a politically correct way of justifying the killings of immigrants..
He was saying stuffs like,

“You won’t find South Africans in other countries dominating a city up to 80%... we cannot surrender South Africa to foreign nationals. This is why we have to reduce this unless someday a foreign national will be our president bla bla bla.... and it is not Xenophobia to take back our land because we fought for this land"

And I have a few questions...

1. Is it the fault of the foreign nationals that they dominate when it comes to bagging certified and professional jobs in your cities? Did they threaten you lots with cutlasses and fire to bag those jobs?

2. Is it the fault of Nigerians and other immigrants that they have the highest number of skilled professionals in several institutions in your cities? Did they put a gun to your all your heads and collected these roles they occupy?

3. Is it our fault that your people are generally lazy and just cannot seem to compete with the foreign nationals when it comes to boosting your nation's workforce and more?

4. You claim you don't want to surrender your land. So does this stance to reduce the so called 80% dominance of immigrants in your cities justify the killings and barbaric treatments of same immigrants??

5. Is this the best you could come up with to justify the actions of South Africans as politically correct? Fighting for your lands with people who give you no troubles?

It is obvious the South African government is in on this judging by how boldly a SA public official came on camera and boldly stated that what South Africans are doing is not Xenophobia but an attempt to reclaim their lands and cities.... so I see this meeting with this so called high commissioner as a waste of time.

The Video of the SA Deputy police minister yarning dust can be viewed via this link below.... I tell you, the actions of SA citizens seem to have a political backing from the higher corridors of power in that country. They are simply in support of genocidal actions against Immigrants, Nigerians especially. Look, Nigerians beware.

Instead of them to chase him away from his house too and drag him by his ear to aso rock, you are summoning him, even allowing to baff and dress up before attending. As usual he will still come at his own time , drink tea, and go back to watch is favourite DStv programs. SA government are fully behind the attack. Did you watch the deputy minister of police or so justifying the attacks? Then you will know it's not ordinary. If it was Nigerian protesting, they would have killed some of them by firing live ammunitions. But since it's their country men, not even much arrest but just teargassed and they will go and regroup again.

And other thread, some mumu are spoiling their modems and SIM cards as if MTN has not made money already on those items. When Nigerians are serious to retaliate, they know where to go but we are so fearful that who ever attempt to break MTN facilities or ShopRite, our police will use them for practicals. Ordinary sowore protests, he was being mocked after his arrest , let's see who will bail us out now since our government are dragging the issues now. Waiting for bubu to visit his counterpart in October after all Nigerian in SA might have been disarrayed or killed. God is watching all of you all.

Do you know why SA can confidently do the sh*t they do, it's because they've seen a country so divided among themselves internally that they can barely stay united and speak with one voice against foreign attacks.

And to think some retards here on nairaland are saying the Nigerians there are just from a particular tribe, shows how low we've gone as a country. As a matter of fact, Nigeria can no longer be called a country if a fellow countryman can say sh*t about his own countryman in the full view of other nationals.

Nigeria will continue to be volatile to foreign attacks in other countries if we continue to be disunited. The world is watching, let the retards, tribalists and olodos take note of that

The Nigerian government under President Buhari does not give a damn even talking of a bilateral diplomatic meeting with the SA president in Oct.when more Nigerians must have been senselessly killed?

Meanwhile, the Nigeria embassy in SA is shutting its doors to beleaguered citizens while the Foreign Affair is inviting the S.A. Ambassador.Does this solve the problem? Meanwhile,
