A strong statement you say....
Nigeria is in no position to make such statements...... We carry out your reccomendation we stand to lose more than we gain...

The wealth of SA lies in the hands of their white elites... With billions in ties with non continental organisations.. They will wave our attempts at a bluff without a sideways glance..

A diplomatic solutions taking with rational heads devoid of emotions, as cold as it sounds is the way forward...

Though, it's common here.... You don't have to throw insults to pass your opinion across...

Asking one to be sensible in comments, is no insult sir.

The government has repeatedly done nothing and hence this has empowered these irate hoodlums to continue their violent xenophobic attacks.
If Winston Churchill had treated Nazi Germany with your sort of recommendation, the UK and all of Europe would have been overrun.

A strong response is needed. Especially as these attacks are extremely common and the government of SA, overwhelmed and, according to some reports, complicit.
Begin the nationalisation of MTN process and see if the Government of SA wont act. Funny enough, it was this Buhari who we were told did not sleep but acted when mercenaries from Chad or so invaded Borno State in the 1980's. Is it the same fellow?

MTN, shoprite, and DSTV are owned by the white South Africans, who are not part of the attacks, and Nigerians employed by these companies will still suffer, you don't reply hate with hate.

you have sense.. That's the only way but you know nigeria believe so much in this pan africanism nonsense. The fg wouldn't want to do that but that's the only way out, dialogue here and there can't solve a thing. And also because, their govt can't do a thing about the thing too, fg will have to also reaon with them. And if fg should send planes to evacuate them all from sa, many of them wouldn't still come. They'd rather prefer to die there instead. So the issue is just complicated.

Good one, part of my suggestion in the other thread.

To those suggesting attacks on Shoprite, 99.5% of the workers there are Nigerians, the mall housing the supermarket is mostly owned by state govt or private Nigerian investors, there are also Nigerian shops inside the mall.
MTN Nigeria is now like a franchise, majority of shares are owned by wealthy Nigerians according to Nigeria Stock Exchange.
Nigerians also have a major stake in Multichoice the owners of DSTV. Workers in DSTV Nigeria are almost 100% Nigerians.

We will only hurt ourselves and relatives if we burn down these companies.
Nigerian Government needs to acts now diplomatically, sanctions should be placed on SouthAfrica, high powered delegation should be sent to SA to provide relief materials to Nigerians affected and meet with the Nigeria community over there.

Save your sermon.
In act of war both side looses.
Call it casuality of war.

A failed state that import almost everything including toothpicks, sanctioning the most industrialised nation and that is also a sugar daddy to many african states? Very funny, beside only few West African countries will support your rubbish country. We can buy neighbouring governments and isolated you guys. Don't mess with G-d's chosen nation.

South Africa is a faikubv state, with a contracting economy and a junkie generation, wit the black niggers still suffering from economic apartheid and still suffering mentally from the effects of political apartheid

it's not about fine buildings
You guys are the niggers of Africa
killing and raping yourselves
taking drugs in large volumes to numb the pain of being economically ostracized in your own country by white settlers

You guys will soon know Nigeria's propensity for extreme violence very soon

it's probably then your coward govt and police will now step in cheesy

buy neighbouring countries and isolate Nigeria?

lmao
that's the game we have played for decades
that cannot be done to us

Nigeria is a failing state no doubt

South Africa is a failing state as well

But instead of you to face your govt for leading your contracting economy to the abyss and making it a country with one of the highest youth unemployment rates in the world, your lazy coward animal selves are looting and killing cheesy

A tale of two countries in a shithole continent cheesy

Let's say we own this companies And it operating in S.A, do you think dey will for one second think they are stakeholder that they shouldn't suspend the companies in there country??
