I got the passion working in the courier industry abroad so even have some experience and i know for sure its a good business..... When i think of the man hours i put in reading, doing research and studying the market I hope I go back to it someday and not let it all go to waste

I think there is one big puzzle you are yet to crack, if you do, your business will take off and you will have the deep innermost conviction that you will make it. It happened to me. I spent close to two years to set up everything for my business then I lost interest because there was a puzzle about the business I couldn't solve. One day, why trying to run the process again, I made a mistake. That mistake turned out to be the solution to my big puzzle. That night I also died out of happiness.

Thanks man, am encouraged. One challenge I had was how to optimize my services. I want it to be tech driven. Not just a run of the mill delivery coy. I want real-time tracking of every delivery. I have ideas in my head is hard to go-to-market with in Africa without enough capital...
