Please could anyone help on how to get my phone number activated to receive OTP so I can pay a Merchant via my Access Bank MasterCard within 24 hours?

How been battling with this issue for months now without success. Have been to the bank I opened the account and they are clueless about it. Spoke with a number of their customer care coupled with sending them tweets without any success. Yet they claim it had been activated but the reverse is the case.

More importantly I was told to get a soft token which I did without any success.

are you using the same phone you got the account with. and also check your email when MasterCard sends the otp.

Visit the nearest Access Bank branch and make a request (for users resident in Nigeria). For users outside Nigeria, please send a mail to contactcenter@ accessbankplc.com or call the following numbers +234-1-7332000 or +234-1-4638100 to get details how to get a token.

Using the accessbank atm machine:

insert your card and choose quickteller

then select paybills

select others

it will request for a payment code,enter 322222 as your payment code

then you enter your phone number as customer reference number(number used in opening your account)

you will get a display amount due:N1 (don't change)

click pay amount due or proceed

you'll get a notification on your phone if successful.
