Please I need clarification. Do you mean the Refinery and Fertilizer recruitments are separate and some candidates will be shortlisted for fertilizer training while some others will be shortlisted for refinery training?

I am just thinking that those ones was in the refinery section...did you do fertilizer interview or refinery?

It was same interview all of us did. Just that those who were called to ask if they would accept the offer have been selected for fertilizer.

I doubt it o......the Indian panel is for fertilizer while the British man panel is for Refinery at least that was what I was told

Actually I have never done this recruitment before.. I am just following hear say..by the way we were told that the recruitment is not predictable
