Monaco newbie Henry Onyekuru is the latest player to withdraw from the Super Eagles squad for the international friendly against Ukraine.

Leicester City's Wilfred Ndidi, Leganes' Kenneth Omeruo and Benfica's Tyronne Ebuehi earlier pulled out of the squad.

Super Eagles Media Officer Toyin Ibitoye has been contacted to provide an explanation as to why the aforementioned players were excused from international duty ahead of the match against Ukraine at the Dnipro Arena on September 10.

''Ebuehi is out because he is not back to full fitness, he is still recuperating. Onyekuru and Omeruo are out because of work permit,'' said Ibitoye to allnigeriasoccer.com.

''Ndidi was excused because he recently had a hamstring injury although he played last weekend but there is no need stressing him.''

Bordeaux striker Josh Maja, PAOK midfielder Anderson Esiti, Lokomotiv Moscow defender Brian Idowu and Club Brugge winger Emmanuel Dennis have been handed late call-ups as replacements for the four players who are unavailable.
When victor Moses was asking for this type of treatment there was wahala. Now it is cool to miss meaningless matches.

Nonsense defending by our backline. I wonder where our LB was first of all... anyway.... na so we see am
That is what happens when you don't take your chances.

Small time, their foot soldiers won't allow us hear word, writing an epistle on how the Super eagles coach ignore them.

how many chances do they have to create for those Mumu strikers before they can score . The same thing happened in the first leg against Libya, before Osimhen came to the rescue

No wonder Odey is not making real progress, shuttling from one obscure club to the other.

Half time scores Sudan 1-0 Nigeria

We played the better football for most of the first half cresting good chances too which Odey squandered.

Awoniyi was brought down in the box but no PK. He has been really policed today but that attention given to Awo gve Odey the spaces and chances which he didn't take.

Azubuike have been okay. But his fellow midfielders today in Ndifreke and Co have been just there.

Hopefully we get back into this in the second 45.

In my opinion not a good move.

He is not proven and has not got enough consistency to claim position in Liverpool. It's too much of a risk.

He is better off staying in Villareal and developing never two seasons increase his capacity and quality as well as gain more consistency. Then the big money move will come.

I remember Bobby Adekanya came from Barcelona with great promise as a teenager. Three years layer he has left to Lazio never kicked a ball for Liverpool first team.

Chukwueze was actually being targeted as a potential replacement for Shaqiri during the transfer window...but Shaqiri is still.here..

Chukwueze is very much a Klopp kind of player... a little polishing here and there is what he needs..
Agreed but no concrete offer yet

But i dont want him to go and warm the bench like shaqiri there, hope you feel me?

The problem is that due to your bias, you pretend as if you do not know the dynamics of football or Nacho's time at Leicester City. Even some Leicester City fans have pointed out that Nacho has not had enough runs to pick momentum.

You only say he has not performed. Most of the minutes he got were less than 10 minutes. So you write here saying enough opportunities shows not myopia but definite bias to ridicule a player to satisfy your hatred.

When it comes to a player like Iorfa, you are ready to scream to the high heavens about factors affecting him. Enjoy fueling your hatred.
You earn the right to play it's not a mandatory.

That right to play is about what you do on the field either it be for 10 minutes or for 90. If you perform you get given MORE opportunity if you don't you get LESS.

Dominic Iorfa is not part of the discussion no bias no prejudice TOTALLY DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES.

One was EXCLUDED and the other failed to perform.

There's no basis for comparison between Bobby Adekanye,Ibe and Chukwueze . Adekanye was signed from barca academy straight to Liverpool academy... He wasn't expected to play for the first team. And he didn't do well enough with the academy to stake a claim for first team shirt either. Ibe on the other hand came from.the academy and was promoted to the first team. When Klopp took over,Ibe was given plenty of chance to play..but he simply didn't click. Klopp ran out of patience with him and let him go..

This is Chukwueze second season as a pro in one of the world best league. He won't be joining Liverpool as an academy player. And he certainly won't be a perpetual bench warmer either. Jurgen Klopp doesn't sign players he doesn't need. And if he is interested in Chukwueze,he will get him!

Shaqiri was brought in as back up for Salah and Mane...everybody was clear about that when the deal was signed. And bar injuries, Shaqiri made more than 80% of Liverpool match day squads and played 30 games. But he isn't consistent...in fact, since his brace again man urine last year,he hasn't been playing well. So he has been relegated to the bench.

odey moved from obscure club to other, maybe you are expecting him to move to laliga or epl, even osimhen went to a smaller club to redeem him self

Bros if you no no anything about football why not keep quiet?

Do you have anything against odey?

How many of your NPFL players have even manage to make a direct move to a good club in Switzerland ?

A true test is when a player is given a run of games. As a football man that you claim to be, you should know that basic concept. Shouting here you said does not add up because Nacho has not been given a true test at Leicester City.

But, due to your hatred and bias, you have chosen to stay oblivious to the truth.
Please now you are being comical and exposing yourself for public ridicule.

Football is a short term career and the EPL is very competitive time is a very scarce commodity.

51 games and now third season and you are saying he needs a TRUE TEST. It's like saying you need to test drive a car for three years before you know how good it is.

I know they will come at me.

I don't have anything against any player.

All I want is for the performance to do the talking, not some epistle about why Rohr should have invited a player ahead of another player.

I'm tired of hearing it on this thread. I'm a neutral, and I'm tired of it. same goes to Awóníyì foot soldiers and other foot soldiers of other players including the Foreign ones.

Not they, i am telling you fact bro

Have you ever seen me make noise about odey before or awoniyi?

Because they are winning the u23 now you have to insult these players

The osimhen we are praising today i am sure you would have spoken worst than this when osimhen was struggling in wolfsburg and not getting goals for the u23 for example

But that doesn't mean i will bring them down just as you are doing

You said odey is moving from obscure club to another, that alone shows you just talk and you dont follow football

Someone move from Switzerland to Belgium, how many of your npfl players are in Belgium after 2 seasons in Europe?
