Evening guys, pls i'm new here. My company wants to sponsor a one week vacation to canada for my annual leave, all document summited on 19/7/2019( except travel history which i haven't travelled out of naija before) biometrics done, application approved. But my worries is, is there any chances of getting visa since i don't have travelling history? I'm married and i intend to come back after my vacation... Your contributions will be deeply appreciated |

What did you mean by "application approved" If the company is a multinational and your take home is tangible that it will beat any logical reasoning that you can ditch such job for a new life in Canada then it might fly. On the flip side, is your company bent on Canada only? So that you don't miss the chance of a sponsored vacation can you process another country with less scrutiny. KokoUk: |

Sorry, application accepted and yes it a multinational with take home quite tangible. Actually three Countries were given but for some reasons i choose Canada. |

please can you state those means one can regularise visitor visa because am about processing visitor visa. You returned to Nigeria because you are lucky to have something doing there, not like am encouraging people not to go back to Nigeria after their visit but there are so many ways to regularize visitors visa in Canada legally. 1 Like 1 Share |

Yup the final whistle has been blown I & my daughter were refused visa, I picked up our passport from VFS today my little concern is, I wasn't given reason for Refusal, like generic Reasons people shared here before applying for GCMS for clarification. All I got with my passport back was a slip saying if email is not correct kindly mail us @bla bla bla please any clue about the slip will be appreciated house.. Also my application was paper route! Best of luck to others expecting good news on their visa. PS, I submitted as many documents stated here on regular bases! Marriage and every other detailed supporting documents. Please your contribution is needed. Currently, I have applied for TRV for my family and the application process is still undergoing eligibility review. I am set to put in for PR for my family. My question: Is it appropriate for me to apply for PR when my application for TRV is still on? Please your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks! |

Please house I’m really confused and I don’t know what to do My dad gave my uncle some money to give to an agent he knows to start processing my TRV and so far he has sent 120k to him, since 20th May o, we first sent 100k and later 20k for medicals and I know there’s nothing like that but my dad waved it Since then till now I’ve not done my biometrics and I’ve been disturbing my dad for that because I don’t have the agent’s number neither does my dad because my uncle is the middle man between the agent and us, last week my dad said the agent said when it’s time for biometrics I’ll come over to Lagos, biko I don’t understand why it’s taking too long for the biometrics and na paper application. I’m not allowing my dad to pay a dime till I go for my biometrics because we are to balance him 680k total of 800k and I warned them not to stamp any rubbish on my passport till I go for my biometrics.. Secondly my dad’s business partner said we should try and collect my passport from them so he can get me a UK visa since he’s traveling to UK in November, he wants to take me along with him, My Questions now are: First, my TRV application is a paper application according to the agent, how long does it take to submit biometrics after submitting the application because it’s four months now and nothing yet, Secondly, should I wait to submit my biometrics or request for my passport back and go ahead with UK visa My problem no be money it’s time wasted because I’m ready to wait for my TRV till anytime it’s approved because he said it’s gonna be approved we should just give him time but I don’t wanna end up waiting and miss the UK opportunity if I had given my biometrics I’ll be calm Landers I need una help oooo |
