onatisi:Most times, when you have interest in a particular car, it does seem you have plenty of such cars being on the road( or advertised). If you compare closely, you would also notice that many Camry model 2007-2011 are also on sale both registered and tokunbo. Buy what you really like and make sure its a good one. |

Johnsonkeyz2019:That kind of issue is typically a steering system issue. My guess is either the outer or inner tie rod ends. There is definitely a gap on it creating excess steering play. |

Mrford:But it doesn't make sound or is that not drive shaft |
| Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by Mrford(m): 7:15pm On Sep 06, 2019 |
Johnsonkeyz2019:Ask your mechanic to inspect it. Noise is just one of the symptoms. A damaged cv axle will cause such vibration. I worked on 2008 Honda accord with similar symptom as you described. |

| Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by adanny01(m): 9:00am On Sep 08, 2019 |
Johnsonkeyz2019:If the mechanic is right, then it could be the plunger or a worn out pinion joint. The problem is definitely a steering system problem. |

A while back, my key for a 2012 Honda Crosstour was misplaced when the driver left it on the Bonnet of another vehicle which drove off with it. At the time I couldn’t find the spare so I went to The Honda Place in Abuja for a replacement and they gave a bill of nearly 500k for 2 new key, reprogramming and replacement of key cylinders. I eventually found a spare key ( a valet key though) so it had no keyless entry and cannot open my glove box but at least the car is drivable but very inconvenient walking up to the door to open it. So I go back to Honda place and they insist they have to still insist the quotation is the same even though I now have a key which they can cut from. Please is there anyone who provides key cutting and reprogramming. I went to Gudu and they said the car is not American spec so the conventional method of reprogramming doesn’t work. Thank you |

Enyimbamercedes:Minor issue Looks like your Crosstour is a 2013 (2nd generation). Key, cutting and programming to open door with remote and glove compartment is less than 100k. Send pix of the vehicle |
