no, when you nationalize, the SA stakeholders have to sale their % to Nigerians like Dangote or Jim Ovia who will be happy to take their place. Nationalizing means keeping the company 100% Nigerian own by corporate bodies, not FG.

I don't know why everyone is thinking that MTN will now belong to the Nigerian Government.
