Those times when being the IG of police was not the exclusive preserve of the born to rule stock.

Currently, there's no Igbo DIG and AIG in the Nigerian police, which goes to tell that the nomads are gonna still be IG for a long time.

No, it was the time before Aguyi Ironsi introduced to Decree 34 of 1966 which desolved the regional system of government and made Nigeria a Unitary State. Didn't you read the part that said that the IG was posted to Western Region and promoted? That was when we were practicing regional government before the selfish Ben Nwabueze drafted the obnoxious decree for the greedy Aguyi Ironsi to desolve the regions so that the Igbo carcus that was in government then after killing Northern leaders and Western rouge leaders can have access to all the regions' wealth.

Please, don't be unfortunate this morning

TRIBALISM has turn some people's brain to something else.
Simply Irredeemable is the case.
You hate some other tribe different from yours but you are every where condemning xenophobia.
SMH!

As some of us have said, it's good governance we want, even if only one village will be producing the Presidents and other good leaders. So be it.

NPF is still probably a prestigious profession then....
We don put our corruption into police...and all of us go suffer am,some people already pay the price with their life, others with their materials and property....we will still pay more...
If there's something that needs to change doe us to have a good country...the only change is ME(SELF).
Our bad characters don make everything hard for us...
Democracy is the best model of governance...we take our bad character spoil am.
Same as everything...
See religion in Nigeria...even the Angels will be laughing at us.

AM I READY TO CHANGE....The answer is NO.

Let the suffering continues in all ramifications...
RIP to everyone that lost their lives In the hands of evil and corrupt NPF...
