The guys played oh... I watched their games but you see that first game against Russia, given our talent and small luck, we really should've beaten those guys.
Still, they were impressive, especially the way they smoked Korea and China. Jordan Nwora, Iroegbu and Josh Okogie gave me joy. So young and talented team. I believe they'll go places.

that was why i was asking if he did watch it. They played hands down amazing. The Russia game was a choke job. We could have easily won that. I am actually impressed and proud. Angola could not beat Korea. And we pummeled Ivory Coast. This tourney was an 8/10 for me. They surpassed expectations in every measure.

They've always played their hearts out, these Nigerian Americans have a different mindset, they are more patriotic than Nigerians in Nigeria even when the reward is meager.

This team was just unlucky in the first match against Russia but lesson have been learnt and it's going to be a different ball game at the Olympics.
