The Tribunal never ordered INEC to withdraw Kalu’s Certificate of Return, in fact, it gave the distinguished Senator 30 days to appeal the judgement.

In Raskimono Voice: See them coming ... See them coming . Political fighters.

In conclusion, Kalu, who is ahead of his closest rival with over 10,000 votes, remains the Senator representing Abia North — and not sacked.

And that's where you should have understood that everything is wrong about Nigeria..

How could you order for a rerun for a position that is still being used..

Such position should have been vacant.. Except I am wrong but I am open to correction.

On rerun Mr kalu you will lose..

So I advise you to influence the appeal court judgement.
Appeal will do nothing for him....

He is only appealing to stall because one of the LGAs is the LGA of the PDP candidate housing close to 30k votes... Why didn't they mention the few wards?

His only escape is to police the election otherwise he is going down.

We are saying same thing. Odds will probably be against him if they finally go for rerun.

Let's watch the appeal proceedings though

Arochukwu and one other LGA.

And Several polling units in Isuikwuato and Ohafia (LGA of the dep Gov).
He also represented Arochukwu/Ohafia in the HoR previously.

But OUK is still popular in most of these affected areas, except for the Dep. Gov’s LGA, where massive rigging takes place as witnessed in the last poll.

Hopefully, OUK wins at the Appeal Court and skip the unnecessary supplementary polls.

So massive rigging didn't take place in Bende lga?
As a former Gov, he is suppose to be...

Arochukwu is the LGA of Mao. And now the State Govt will be fully involved. That same LGA houses over 60% of the total votes of the re-run.
It is not a general election so no distraction.
The appeal holds no water. You can ask senatordave1, it is clear..even after the elections, it was obvious that it didn't follow the electoral act.
The election was peaceful as claimed by both parties so why cancel votes.
The cancelled votes supercede the difference......

Ouk will pay for it.
He pioneered this kind of politics in Abia.... Almost all of them are his protégés, so he will know how sweet it is.

Don't mind them.

What will he even appeal?
The case is like Adeleke's, he will be wasting his money and stalling and things will be happening.

Himself and all of them are mad.

In as much as u dont like PMB, i am not happy with the ruling. Why?? I dont play party politics i love politics of progress. I need PDP to hve an opposition s3nator within the state. Abia has had useless PDP governors. But Orji uzor kalu came in as a senator and started playing abuja politics forgeting his people. Shay he said he wld start playing selfish politics. I just hope that Abia north people wont mess him up this time. I hope he did enough project that would make his people forgive him especially after calling himself an emir. With tze animosity then between igbos and herders.

Pls take note ma.

Which losing politician doesn't appeal? Its a norm.ouk has an advantage because the polls will take place in a few areas and all eyes are on him so it wont because for pdp ho can only depend on rigging.mao needs voters to come out in an area where turnout is low.ouk can simply adopt the okota strategy of burning ballot papers or preventing elections.if you followed the senatorial polls, you will see that he wielded a lot of onfluence and destabilized mao areas.

Oga you seem to be on ground from your contribution but the truth is even if there is going to be a rerun OUK is going to win. See 10k votes advantage no be here besides MAO OHUABUNWA cannot win everywhere in Arochukwu.

Arochukwu as LGA is made up five villages...

1. Aro [Mao Ohuabunwa town]
2. Ututu
3. Isu
4. Ihechiowa
5. Abam [With Highest voting population]

Going by the villages listed above which of them do you think that Mao can win and Orji can win too?

Is not as easy as you think. As for Ohafia LGA is going to be 50/50.
