He didn't rely on stories, PDP is the one petitioning and should be the one supplying evidence of their claims.

But on certificate he said military had his file and couldn't have accepted him since it was part of their requirement for enlistment . PDP self helped verify he had certificate

Let me tell you today the justice defined school cert as the minimum which can be an o level, a training equivalent from an institution eg military etc.

That was why he said he was not just qualified but eminently qualified going by all his dealing in the army alone.

Back to wasc, he had it then and it was stated by the military spokesman that it is "mandatory" to have wasc original before been admitted.

As simple as that, he took an affidavit cos it was misplaced later.

The military has vouched for him, outside that self he was eminently qualified

They actually submitted his school leaving certificate as exhibit but claimed it was fake due to mohammed instead of Muhammadu, judge dissected the case that since it belongs to the same buhari its same person eg the fayose case he referred to, and the prosecutor himself who actually changed his name in his certificate.

Las las PDP helped to show the certificate exist and the name wasn't an issue

Their isn't an election since 1999 that doesn't have element of rigging but yet no sitting president has even had rerun done in areas allegedly rigged let alone the election cancelled.

It is now a case of the norms, not because the petitioner did not prove his case.

From what you said it been like that since 1999 and because it's like that, it should remain like that and we the masses and direct sufferers of the consequences is supporting it.

Justice is not Selective, the judiciary is meant to be fearless in delivering their judgments not minding who is involved. Nigeria is predictable, this was exactly what the world expected knowing that we are compromised people and we didn't disappoint.

The Presidential Tribunal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, stroke out the petition of Atiku Abubakar, alleging that the Feb. 23 presidential election was rigged in Buhari’s favour, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV recalls that the former vice president and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), had alleged that the national election was rigged by Buhari and his party, the APC.

But delivering judgement, the presiding judge, Justice Mohammed Garba, said the petitioners failed to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt.

The Presidential Tribunal, therefore, dismissed the petition for lacking merit.
