Delivering judgement on the application Wednesday, the presiding judge of the tribunal, Justice Mohammed Garba, said the evidence of the opposition candidate and his party presented before the tribunal shows Mr Buhari is eminently qualified to seek election into the office of the President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He didn't rely on stories, PDP is the one petitioning and should be the one supplying evidence of their claims.

But on certificate he said military had his file and couldn't have accepted him since it was part of their requirement for enlistment . PDP self helped verify he had certificate

They actually submitted his school leaving certificate as exhibit but claimed it was fake due to mohammed instead of Muhammadu, judge dissected the case that since it belongs to the same buhari its same person eg the fayose case he referred to, and the prosecutor himself who actually changed his name in his certificate.

Las las PDP helped to show the certificate exist and the name wasn't an issue
