Hello guys, is this normal or my note 7 is going haywire? My second SIM usually goes off without coming back again I would have to reboot or switch off my phone to get network back on.

I noticed this this morning. I charged last night before I slept.
Is this normal?
Ps: I was charging with my powerbank and I slept off a bit. When I woke up, it was fully charged and the powerbank was off. It has happened like this twice or thrice though (charging with powerbank and wake up to a fully charged battery and powerbank turned off).
